    Defang has over 17 years’ experience working in international mining consulting and exploration. He worked as a Senior Consultant Geologist for Micromine and Runge, Project Geologist for Global Mining, and geological roles in Dragon Mountain Gold and Jiangsu Coal. His expertise covers mining project researching, exploration and resources estimation, data reviewing and project implementation, 3D modelling, independent technical reviews, Due Diligence and mining evaluation in a wide range across the spectrum of commodities types. Defang is fluent bilingual speaker (English and Chinese) and is a member of the AusIMM.
