Hong Zhao has participated in deposit than 130 projects in China, Indonesia, Mongolia, Laos, Guinea, Kazakhstan and other countries, such as due diligence, independent technical review of projects, report of competent/qualified persons for public listing, as well as geological exploration guidance and advice, etc., involving the following minerals :coal deposit (coalbed methane as well), iron deposit (open pit and underground), lead-zinc deposit, nickel deposit, gold deposit, copper deposit, silver deposit, tungsten deposit, tin deposit, manganese deposit, molybdenum deposit, beryllium deposit, bauxite deposit, rare earth deposit, pyrite deposit, rock salt deposit (solid potassium salt and salt lake potassium salt deposit), fluorite deposit, calcite deposit, etc. He has participated in dozens of projects overseas, such as coal and gold deposit in Mongolia, coal, manganese and lead zinc deposits in Indonesia, potash deposit in Laos, bauxite deposit in Guinea for site due diligence, data and engineering verification, resource reserve estimation and validation, project prospect potential analysis, exploration guidance and technical review, pre-listing gap and advantage analysis, IPO and stock exchange competent/qualified person report. Hong Zhao also has experience of technical support for mining software training.
During this period, Hong Zhao participated in the merge and acquisition of mining projects by some giant Chinese enterprises, such as the merge and acquisition of coal, nickel deposits in Australia, coal and iron deposits in Indonesia and in South Africa, copper deposits in Peru, uranium deposits in Canada and other M&A projects by private Chinese enterprises for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Hong Zhao qualifies as a "competent/qualified person" with respect to the reporting of resources under the qualification of JORC or NI43-101 Code.
赵宏在中国、印度尼西亚、蒙古国、老挝、几内亚、哈萨克斯坦等国参与过矿权较易前的尽职调查、项目的独立技术审查、矿业项目上市的合资格人士报告、地质勘查指导咨询等项目130余项，涉及的矿种有：煤矿（含煤层气）、铁矿（露天矿与地下矿）、铅锌矿、镍矿、金矿、铜矿、银矿、钨矿、锡矿、锰矿、钼矿、铍矿、铝土矿、稀土矿、硫铁矿、岩盐矿（固体钾盐与盐湖钾盐矿）、萤石矿、方解石矿等。数十次参与过国外项目，如对蒙古的煤矿、金矿，印度尼西亚煤矿、锰矿、铅锌矿，老挝的钾盐矿，几内亚的铝土矿作过现场尽职调查、资料与工程核实、资源储量估算与验证、项目的前景潜力分析、勘查指导和技术审查、项目上市前的差距与优势分析、IPO和证交所合资格人士报告；矿业开采软件培训的技术支持。
